Driver List
Below is a list of all globally released industrial automation communication drivers in the iX Software. We are continually programming and testing new drivers. Please contact us if you do not see the driver you are looking for. To update the list of available drivers from within iX Developer, click on the iX button (top left corner), select Update Drivers > From Internet. Follow the prompts to find the drivers of your choice.

Some of the drivers below have clickable names with links to their documentation. If you are looking for documentation on a driver without a link here, documentation is available through iX Developer (open the Settings dialog for your specific controller, and click the Help button).

How To Handle Drivers When Working With Both Legacy HMI Products and Active/Mature Products
When working with legacy products:
Download the latest driver published before January 1st 2024, by downloading that driver version through the link in the driver list above.
Install that driver from within iX Developer, running iX as admin.
For detailed instructions, see Updating Drivers From File.
Restart iX Developer.
Rebuild the iX project, to use the latest installed driver version.
When NOT working with legacy products anymore:
Reinstall the latest driver from within iX Developer, running iX as admin.
For detailed instructions, see Updating Drivers From Internet.
