nominal value of SEK 1. All shares have one vote and confer equal rights
to participation in the corporation's assets and profits.
Liquidity guarantee
To stimulate the trade in
the share, Beijer Electronics has a liquidity guarantee agreement with
Öhman Fondkommission (stockbroker). Öhman thereby undertakes to set buy-
and sell rates in Beijer Electronics' share continuously, on their
own account. The undertaking is within the frames of the
Stockholm Stock Exchange's system with liquidity guarantee.
