Beijer Electronics' staff is the most important resource. Skills and commitment
Staff undergo various training programs in-house and externally on a continous basis, at least five days a year; this to improve the qualifications, but also to grow as human beings. All staff members at Beijer Electronics are stimulated to take responsibility and make their own decisions.

Openness and delegated responsibility
At Beijer Electronics you find an open working climate with no closed doors. A continuous cooperation between departments, regions and countries stimulates the exchange of experiences and allocation of resources. This means that all staff members are close to the decision-making process.

Bonus system
Beijer Electronics employs a bonus system to motivate its staff, based on satisfying shared objectives and implying that staff can receive a salary supplement of up to two months' salary each year.

Working environment and staff welfare
Beijer Electronics strives to support the staff's mental and physical welfare. All work is carried out with modern aids in high-quality facilities. The head office in Malmö has its own staff lunchroom, serving subsidized lunches.

There is also a sport association and an art association, that employees can join.
